We are a small nonprofit in Sunnyvale helping the unhoused and low income community here. Storage Spot was referred to us when we were looking for affordable options for storing our inventory of donated goods. We have been happy and satisfied customers now for over 3 years now. Facilities are clean and well maintained, elevators and carts are always working and available. And the staff is very courteous and accommodating. We have not had a single complaint here, and would highly recommend this location.

I had a great experience at this Public Storage location! The staff at the front desk were very friendly, patient, and helpful. She took the time to explain the different storage options, pricing, and rental process in detail, which made everything easy to understand. Although the building is a bit older, the hallways and common areas are clean and well-maintained. There’s also a good variety of unit sizes to choose from, making it easy to find something that fits your needs. Overall, a very pleasant experience, especially thanks to the excellent customer service. Definitely recommend this location!

They actually treat you like a human here & the rates have been pretty reasonable from what I've seen. What a difference from where I was last. I couldn't believe they rose my rent by $100 after a year. Who has that kind of money? The poor staff lady there was so miserable she was asking me to help her get a new job. What a difference.

Rose was very kind and helpful and let me see different storage units before I decided on one. She was also transparent about online prices. Rose was very kind and helpful and let me see different storage units before I decided on one. She was also transparent about online prices.
